Vendre Auto Québec is an auto broker based in Quebec. We buy vehicles from individuals and dealers across Quebec. The information you send us is used to make you a purchase offer and complete the transaction.
2. Information we collect
On the evaluation form, we collect: name, phone number, email (optional), region, as well as the vehicle details (year, make, model, mileage, condition, expected price). We do not collect any sensitive information or any information from a minor.
3. Purposes of processing
Your information is used to contact you, estimate an offer, prepare the transaction and for administrative and accounting purposes. It is never used for unsolicited commercial prospecting.
4. Consent
By submitting the form, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes described. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Sharing and subcontracting
Your information is shared only with the partners needed for the transaction (financial institution for payment, broker or dealer approached for the offer) and is never sold to third parties.
6. Security
We put reasonable technical and organizational measures in place to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.
7. Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed for the transaction, then for the period prescribed by the tax and accounting laws applicable in Quebec, before destroying or anonymizing it.
8. Your rights
